Roller Grill Convenience stores require low-maintenance food preparation machinery with durable non-stick coatings. Many "roller grills" can heat hot dogs but newer products like taquitos do not roll easily. Best Fluoro's lab managers took on the challenge to make these new food products roll yet allow easy cleanup. This resulted in two patents assigned to Best Fluoro for the unique development of "grip" coatings that still allow easy clean surfaces and providing our customer with a solution to a "sticky" problem for the expanding convenience store market. |
