Electrical insulation for motor armatures, prior to winding is provided by Best Fluoro. We clean and bond epoxy electrical insulative resins to the inner surfaces of the armature, etc. This provides extraordinary edge coverage so the insulated wire that is wound into to armature does not get scratched. Specialized machinery removes all traces of the epoxy resin from the outer surfaces, shafts, etc, before final oven curing.
